Born in Mexico City, D.F. on April 24, 1953. He studied at the National School of Plastic Arts of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, UNAM, and the Center for Research and Plastic Experimentation of the National Institute of Fine Arts, INBA, in Mexico City, D. F.
